We’re a small family-run team focussed on providing helpful customer service, advice and repairs with an eye for detail. Our business was established back in 1957 and we’re one of Australia’s oldest TV and radio repairers, giving us unrivalled experience in all things electrical repairs. As time has gone on, we’ve adapted our skills to work on vacuum cleaners and the newest range of robotic vacuum cleaners.
We work on all brands but are authorised repair agents for Samsung and LG, allowing us to do warranty repairs on those brands. It makes sense to get your vacuum cleaner repaired if it’s a premium model, but sometimes repairs may not be financially viable compared to replacement. If after speaking to you or during our assessment we find an expensive fault, we’ll let you know straight away whether replacement is a better option.

As robotic vacuum cleaners are significantly more expensive than most manually-operated vacuum cleaners, it makes sense to get them repaired when they start playing up. Usually the faults are quite simple, and we’ll be able to have your unit up and running again in no time. That said, if we can tell over the phone or during our assessment that replacement would be a more financially viable solution, we’ll let you know to save you the hassle of an expensive repair.
